Terms & Conditions of City Sightseeing Warsaw – ticket purchase rules and passenger conduct.

1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by City Sightseeing Warsaw ("Operator"), including ticket sales, bus use, and passenger rights and obligations. Using the Operator's services implies acceptance of these Terms.
2. Tickets & Booking
- Tickets are available online at https://hoponhopoff.pl, in the mobile app, and from the driver on board.
- A 24-hour ticket is valid for 24 hours from first validation; a 48-hour ticket for 48 hours.
- Tickets must be retained throughout the journey and presented on request.
3. Prices & Payments
- Prices are in PLN and include VAT. The Operator may change prices; changes do not affect already-purchased tickets.
- Online payments are accepted by card (Visa, Mastercard), BLIK, and bank transfer.
- VAT invoices are issued on request within 7 days of purchase.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Online tickets may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been validated (used).
- Once validated, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- If a service is cancelled by the Operator, passengers are entitled to a full refund or replacement tickets.
5. Passenger Obligations
- Children under 5 travel free with an accompanying adult (max. 2 children per adult).
- Smoking and consuming alcohol or narcotics on board is strictly prohibited.
- Passengers are liable for damage caused to the vehicle.
- Staff may refuse boarding or remove a passenger who violates these Terms or behaves aggressively.
6. Operator Liability
The Operator is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure, or for items left on board. Liability for personal injury or property damage is limited to the extent permitted by Polish law.
7. Routes & Timetable
The Operator reserves the right to modify routes and timetables due to public events, roadworks or other city events. Summer season (Mar–Oct): buses run 10:00–18:00.
8. Complaints
Submit complaints to warsaw@city-sightseeing.pl including your name, description of the event, date/time, and ticket number. The Operator will respond within 14 business days.
9. Final Provisions
Polish law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Warsaw. The current version of these Terms is available at https://hoponhopoff.pl/terms/
